2. TRANSIENT MIST will not accept any product returns and/or will not issue any refunds for any purchases made on the TRANSIENT MIST website. Due to the hygiene and health‑related nature of the products sold through the website, TRANSIENT MIST will not accept returns and will not refund for new and unused devices.

Incomplete, damaged, or incorrect orders

3. You are entitled to receive a replacement for goods with major defects. Please report damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders to us via email within two (2) days after receipt. TRANSIENT MIST does not accept returns of and will not issue refunds for new and unused devices. TRANSIENT MIST does not repair damaged devices nor provide spare parts for repair.
